You can easily create a free account without a credit card. After you create an account with youengage, you can explore all the features available in our Business plan during the 14-day free trial period.
You get access to the Business plan during your trial with a limit of up to 100 responses
When the free trial ends, you will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan and won’t be able to access the features in the paid plans. However, you can upgrade anytime as per your requirement and access our best-in-class features.
The number of responses we take into account equals the number of people that completed one of your interactive project ( ex: quiz,calculator,survey ). Depending on your plan, you have access to a set number of responses per month. If you exceed your monthly limit, you should upgrade to a higher plan to view all your responses.
Every first day of the month we reset the counters for your responses.
Absolutely! All your records are private, secure and therefore can be viewed & used only by you.

Payments on youengage are powered by Stripe.com. Your credit card information never reaches our servers and is never stored there. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
youengage is a subscription-based service, which means that your plan auto-renews every month or year (depending on the term you choose).
You can change the subscription level in any moment in admin console. If you want to cancel your paid subscription simple change your plan to free plan. Your subscription will remain active at its current level until the end of the billing period that you’ve already paid for.
We do not offer refunds.
