When you open Present mode or use the Live results link you can see the number of unique participants ( right bottom corner ) that join your event and they are active so they answer at least one of your question.
Additionally, we introduced an option to show the number of votes for each answer instead of a percentage view. Simply click on the number icon on the control panel in Present mode.
